EzMP4 is a technology service that allows users to process content available at publicly accessible URLs. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to access, use, convert, and download any content processed through the platform.
EzMP4 complies with applicable copyright laws and responds promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. Upon receiving proper notification from a copyright owner or an authorized agent, EzMP4 will restrict access to the identified content.
Repeat infringers
Users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, at EzMP4’s sole discretion.
Copyright takedown requests
If you are a copyright owner, content creator, or an authorized agent and believe that your copyrighted content is being processed through EzMP4 without authorization, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The URL(s) and description(s) of the content you want to be restricted.
- Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Contact information reasonably sufficient to allow us to communicate with you (such as a valid email address).
Upon receipt of a valid request, the relevant content will be restricted in our system within 48 hours.
